Kevin Kiefer Senior Account Executive Kevin has been involved with music since his Dad bought him his first drum set in 1985. Onstage eventually gave way to backstage, and Kevin co-founded Technotrix in 1992. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 1998 with a degree from the Audio Arts and Acoustics program. Kevin is currently the Senior Account Executive at Technotrix and manages most of the company's productions, large and small. kevink@technotrix.net |

Andy Kuhlmann Assistant Technical Officer Andy Kuhlmann has obtained degrees in Welding and Electrical Technology from Kankakee Community College. He is currently working on his AutoCAD degree. At Technotrix, Andy utilizes his unique, multi-faceted experience to help with new product development, fabrication projects, parts and supplies acquisitions as well as on-site lighting and rigging responsibilities. Alex Sostarich Account Representative, Audio Engineer Alex Sostarich holds an Audio Arts and Acoustics degree from Columbia College Chicago and has been involved in the audio industry since 1999. As an Account Representative, Alex's responsibilities include project management, outside sales and Technotrix's rental inventory. Also part of the full-time audio staff at, Alex handles all of the networking and RF coordination, other responsibilities include crew chief, system tech, front of house and monitor engineer. alex@technotrix.net |

Robert Jones Operations Manager, Audio Engineer Robert Jones has maintained a passion for live audio since he was a teenager. Awards won for high school theater earned scholarships that would allow him to further his education at Columbia College Chicago. Upon graduating, Robert traded his diverse freelance schedule for a full-time position managing the audio inventory at Technotrix. Utilizing detailed information obtained by account representatives, Robert works with the Audio Department Manager to design the right system for every event. In addition to overseeing the preparation and on-site implementation of all audio systems at the company, his responsibilities include crew chief, system/stage tech, FOH and MON responsibilities. bob@technotrix.net |

Aaron Davis Account Representative, Audio Department Manager Aaron is a graduate of the Live Sound program at Columbia College Chicago. He has been working within the audio industry since 1998. Aaron began his audio career with various churches, production companies, schools, and audio installation companies before signing on with Technotrix. The bulk of his experience and expertise is in temporary audio system design, systems engineering, front of house and monitor console operation, as well as large-scale festival patch planning and execution. Aaron is passionate about maximizing audio system design, implementation, and operation to create effective and exceptionally engaging results. aaron@technotrix.net |

Elliott Little Lighting Department Manager Since the beginning of his career Elliott has maintained parallel interests in both audio and lighting. Currently lighting is his primary focus, as he oversees the day-to-day operation of the lighting department at Technotrix, as well as production execution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Audio Arts and Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago, and is a certified Martin Lighting technician. Elliott's multifaceted skill set allows him to see the big picture on show site, ensuring that events happen effectively and flawlessly. elliott@technotrix.net |
